I have to let go of my ex. My first love. My only love.
We were essentially casually dating each other this past year, after we broke up. At first I was so cautious to treat him as a friend, but the lines were blurred and we fell back into our normal rhythm. I hurt all over again now bc I want him but I know I don’t want to marry him. It feels like he doesn’t want me even though he’s stated that he will always have an unconditional level of care, support, and respect for me.
He wants to meet and date new people. I do too. But in the end I chose not to because I was comfortable in this unsustainable relationship.
Now it’s time to reap the shitty seeds that I sowed when I let my heart love him again.
All my stressors this week were not work related (though some were work place related).
